Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center is Hiring a Lead Behavior Therapist / RBT - $22/hr - $25/hr Near Phoenix, AZ
LEAD BEHAVIOR THERAPIST / RBT If you have experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and are looking to advance your career, we want you to be part of the SARRC team! Your Role at SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team! Our Leads spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additionally, SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress. Who You Are

Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus areas of education, sociology, special education or psychology preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred.
One to three years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
Salary
$22/hr - $25/hr
Additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements!
