On Call Front Desk Sales Associate

We are searching for a motivated, customer service-oriented individual with an enthusiastic outlook to join our dynamic sales team at our Anchorage location. This is an on call shift, ideally, you will have at least one year of sales experience while also possessing a familiarity with lead prospecting. $15 Hourly

• Welcome all guests that enter the facility
• Evaluate and address member concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Increase and retain membership through strong customer service and sales
• Help the business expand by promoting products, memberships, and events

• Possess excellent computer skills
• Previous customer service experience required for this position
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
• Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role
• Outgoing and friendly
