Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized administrative professional to join our team as a Yard Equipment Admin at our Multiple locations in Florida.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
• Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
• Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
• Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
• Operate office equipment – fax, copiers and scanner.
• Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
• Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
• Assist with other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

*Bilingual is preferred – English and Spanish.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and PDF files
• Proficient with calculator and Algebra math
• Must be very well organized and a self-starter
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with all employees in a professional manner
• High school or equivalent
