Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.

- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.

- Lead and mentor accounting staff to foster professional growth and development.

- Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

- Minimum of “5” years of progressive experience in accounting or finance management roles.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi accounting software a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
