**Duties:**
- Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with purchases
- Operate registers and handle transactions
- Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Prior experience in sales management preferred
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
