Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic is Hiring an Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative Near Southlake, TX

Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic is a well established 3 doctor practice in beautiful Southlake. We are currently looking for an Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to help support our busy front desk. Our CSR's hold a very important role by being the first point of contact to our clients and their pets. This position requires a highly motivated, compassionate, hard working individual that has outstanding communicative and multitasking skills. The individual that we seek will welcome guests positively and warmly, develop long-term relationships with clients and staff members, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest of standards. Not only should you have a love of animals, but also the desire to further your knowledge of veterinary medicine to better serve our clients and their pets.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly manner as soon as they arrive in the clinic, as well as over the phone
  • Schedule appointments accurately
  • Answer incoming calls expeditiously with a smile on your face
  • Enter client/patient information accurately in our PIMS system
  • Answer routine questions and provide accurate information in-person and via phone regarding preventative veterinary care and routine medications.
  • Respond to emails and text messages, and fax documents promptly
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean and presentable to our clientelle
