Job Description:

We are in search of a child loving educator to join our esteemed team as a Aftercare Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in child care, demonstrating the ability to adeptly interact with both students and parents. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Co-Leading and overseeing a classroom with a capacity of up to 20 students.
• Co-Designing and executing enriching activities to foster student growth.
• Ensuring the safety, security, and holistic wellbeing of each student.
• Collaborating closely with the Lead Teacher and fellow staff members.
• Successfully passing a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Qualifications:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a childcare role
• Proficiency in maintaining composed and effective interactions with students and parents.
• Strong acumen for classroom leadership and management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with polished interpersonal aptitude.
