**Overview:**

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, particularly in the automotive industry, and possess strong customer relationship management skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee financial operations within the dealership

- Manage loan processing and title processing

- Ensure compliance with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue

- Handle contract negotiations

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership setting

- Proficiency in basic math and 10-key typing

- Strong understanding of finance principles and practices

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
