How You Contribute and Succeed

Our Licensed Practical Nurses have a fundamental, internal drive to directly help people. In return, we serve, develop, and respect our employees in practice environments created to optimize their job effectiveness, experience, and satisfaction. Our nurses provide compassionate care and deliver exceptional patient experiences, meaningful outcomes, and bonds for life. LPNs demonstrate proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process. Their primary job duty is to provide routine care, observe patients’ health, assist doctors and registered nurses, and communicate instructions to patients regarding medication, care plans, and preventative lifestyle changes.

The right person for this role will delight in providing a great experience to the patient, will have a curious mind that always looks for a way to improve, and is compassionate for patients experiencing chronic and/or acute pain. To be successful in this role, the person will be a great team member that takes pride in their work and workplace, works together with others, is kind and friendly, open to feedback for growth, and is a role model of our values.

We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

If this sounds like you, we’d love the opportunity to talk with you further about joining the team!

Education and Experience:

  • Graduated from an accredited LPN/LVN Program or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as an LPN.
  • Current NLNAC accredited state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
  • CPR Certification for Health Providers
  • BCLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum two years of Clinical experience, preferably in a specialty interventional pain management practice.
  • Medical/Surgical experience in an ASC setting is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate care plans to patients and teammates and chart information into Electronic Health Records.
