We are seeking an experienced Landscape Service Team Foreman for a full-time position. Our company operates across both South Carolina and North Carolina, providing top-tier landscaping services. The successful candidate will be proficient in operating skid steer and driving for the company. This role requires a keen understanding of fine grading, laser setup, and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Operating machinery for ground leveling and site preparation.
• Operating backhoe and front end loaders as required.
• Performing routine inspection and maintenance on machinery and vehicles.
• Ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Leading, guiding, and training staff, employees, and/or volunteers performing related work.
• Performing curb markings, striping operations, and/or other pavement markings as required.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landscaping.
• Proficiency in operating skid steer.
• Proficiency in fine grading to - .10 inch with laser.
• Knowledge in grades ( pad preps, mono slabs, rough and maintenance grades).
• Understanding of Safety Regulations (OSHA and DOT).
• Efficiency in grade shots and reading grade plans.
• Current Valid Drivers License.
• DOT Medical Certificate (preferred but not necessary).
