Site Manager needed for affordable apartment community in Lexington, NC. Position is a full-time position with benefits. Duties will include certifying residents' eligibility, collecting rents, addressing resident concerns, holding daily office hours, Monday-Friday and keeping site in compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations. Must be professional, courteous and able to work with a team to ensure quality standards are met. Prior Tax Credit experience is a plus. EEO
