The Southern Protection Agency is proud to be a family-owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business that is growing quickly. We are currently seeking a full-time Security Area Manager for Charlotte that is looking to grow with us.

The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the field operational performance within the area. Responsibility includes monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of staff as well as maintaining client relations. Hiring and monitoring the training of new personnel as well as equipment inventory will also be part of the primary duty. The Manager will be overseeing the day to day security duties for multiple security site throughout the Charlotte area.

Other normal day-to-day duties:

• Responsible for field operations in assigned area
• Site accountability and inspections
• Communicate potential business opportunities to Business Development team
• Incident reporting and investigations
• annual reviews
• Instruct on company procedure and policy
• staff meetings
• Review daily field documentation.
• Ensure disciplinary and corrective actions are carried out in a timely manner.
• Ensure subordinate personnel comply with all policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws
• Manage officer schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
