Southern Point Staffing has a career opportunity for Tractor Operator for a local farm.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Will be loading 50lb bags of seed.
• Will occasionally move pickup truck with 8 to 12 ft open wood trailer.
• Must be able to maintain a great attitude in hot weather conditions.
• Assist with needs of daily loader operations.
• Driving a tractor with a large mower behind it, in between pecan groves
• Assist in the planting season / harvesting season

Qualifications and Skills :

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and be apart of a small team.
• Must display self-discipline and motivation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some previous experience on a farm
• Able to operate a tractor

Pay and Schedule :

• $12 / hour. Paid every week with simple medical insurance, net zero cost.
• Pay increase once hired on
• 7 : 00 – 5 : 00 Monday – Friday.
