Join our dynamic team at Southern Oregon Subaru as a Parts Counter Person! We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for automotive parts and exceptional customer service skills to join our parts department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts, accessories, and supplies.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
- Process parts orders and transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage and organization of parts
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to fulfill customer needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
