Southern Oregon Practice Management is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Medford, OR

We are a fast-paced clinic in search of an energetic and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires you to be the face of our clinic and the dedicated providers who offer unwavering commitment to patient excellence.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our patients. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service. This position requires a vibrant personality, exceptional phone skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet patients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

· Answer and direct phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.

· Schedule appointments.

· Efficiently load and update patient information in our system.

· Maintain organized digital files.

· Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our office software and manage patient records.

· Collect payments accurately and provide receipts.

· Balance cash drawer.

· Stay updated on technology and software relevant to the role.

· Remain calm, even in stressful situations.

· Be on time, have good attendance, and be ready to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
