Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent required
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required
- National Certification acceptable to the Magnet Recognition Program and appropriate to your current specialty (within two years of hire) required
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
MSN preferred
Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
