The User Experience Designer is a member of the digital platform team responsible for establishing a User Experience (UX) practice that supports Southern New Hampshire University in its strategic and business goals to deliver student success at every online touch-point that intersects with the CRM through a best in class customer experience (Cx)
This role will provide user experience design expertise to support the delivery of a UX review of CRM functionality with an emphasis on the portal and community capabilities. Candidate will be stepped in the methods of User Research, User Experience Design, Customer Experience (Cx), Usability Testing, and ADA Compliance. The UX designer will work closely with Student Experience and Marketing teams at SNHU to help define, align, and execute on the overall Cx strategy.
The role will deliver value to the University by providing the insights to optimize staff and learner experiences, helping to drive desired behaviors and outcomes, and supporting and/or elevating the SNHU brand across devices, contexts, audiences, and digital platforms.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility to meet business demands as needed.
