Our dental practice is looking for a skilled and personable Dental Assistant to join our team full time. We are searching for a dental assistant that has front desk experience. This position will be between both practice locations, La Plata and Gambrills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.

Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.

Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.

Perform administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

X-Ray certification is mandatory.

Proven experience as a dental assistant and dental front desk.

Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to make patients feel at ease.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• La Plata, MD 20646: Relocate before starting work (Required)
