Southern Marine and RV sales is a local dealer for Chariot Park Model homes and several types of destination trailers. We are looking for an experienced candidate to add to our sales team!

Must Have:

• Prior experience in selling Park Model Homes, Mobile Homes, and travel trailers.
• Knowledge with setup process of homes, and local knowledge of laws and regulations of where they are permittable.
• Availability to work Saturdays

Roles:

• Meet and greet customers
• Propmptly follow up with all leads via Email and Phone
• Update inventory as needed through our website portal
• Place custom orders for homes to the customers requests
• Unlock and Lock units daily
• Keep customers updated throughout the delivery process
• Recommend factory orders for inventory
• Create specials for social media to attract potential buyers

Hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2. Candidate will be able to choose a set day off during the week and have off Sundays. Job is comission based. 1099 Employees welcomed.
