As a Design Assistant, you will assist the design team in design, project costing and contracting, and construction oversight of large, complex residential landscape and outdoor living projects. Every day is a new challenge as you transform client dreams into beautiful outdoor spaces.

Job Duties and Requirements

• Attend meetings with lead designer
• Use creativity to design custom projects for clients, overseen by the lead designer.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather material quotes
• Assist in estimating and preparing contracts for future projects.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in AUTOCAD, Pool Studio, Dynascape, Sketchup, or other design software and aptitude for learning new software systems.
• Experience in creative design-based roles.
• Well organized and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of local plants.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with minimal violations.
• High ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
