$15.00/hr minimum - $18.75/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

Responsibilities

• Picks-up specimens from SIH entities and transport to appropriate facility.
• Ensures specimens are handled appropriately, and are not compromised in shipping.
• Handles all infectious materials according to safe handling guidelines (OSHA, IATA and CDC).
• Distributes supplies to clients.
• Monitors the quality of specimens.
• Maintains tracking system for transported specimens.
• Maintains the company vehicle to ensure that vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Attends departmental and other meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current Illinois Drivers License
• COVID vaccination
