Residential HVAC Service Technician Requirements :

• $26 - $31 / hr paid weekly
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
• Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background test
• Insurable driver
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal Needed)
• Valid Driver’s License (Current & Not Expired)
• 5 Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc.

and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
