Currently the company employs 900 employees and serves over 600,000 homeowners in eight states across the South and Midwest US.
We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. This is a hands-on, full-time salaried position, with a remote plus travel working environment. To ensure success, the HR Business Partner should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Top candidates will be comfortable managing in the grey and working with multi-location, field teams in similar industries.
HR Generalist/Business Partner Responsibilities:
· Lead HR initiatives with assigned areas
· Developing HR Strategies, policies, and practices
· Improving and monitoring employee productivity
· Improving relations between managers and employees
· Evaluating staffing needs
· Overseeing recruiting efforts in the assigned areas
· Partner with the business leaders, be a confidant to them
· Conducting investigations
· Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
· Recommend strategies to motivate employees
· Handling employee complaints and employee relations concerns
· Participating and leading employee integration activities with new businesses as acquired.

HR Generalist/Business Partner Requirements:
· Degree in a related field strongly desired
· 4 plus years in a similar HR Field role
· Experience working with field-based blue-collar sales and service teams
· Travel approx. 30-40% by air and auto
· Mergers and acquisition experience a plus
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical skills
· Problem solving
· Proactive in nature
· Attention to detail
· Ability to build trust
· Bi-lingual- Spanish/English a plus
