Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food preparation, along with excellent customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the dietary department of an assisted living facility.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and production of meals following specific dietary guidelines
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents during meal times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Support the dietary department in various tasks as needed

Skills:

- Experience in culinary arts, food production, or related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Previous experience in an assisted living facility is a plus
