Job Requirements: In charge of 'mid-office' daily operations and management of a medical practice. Responsibilities include:
- Providing an excellent customer service experience to the patient by enabling the highest quality interactions and care with physicians and all other staff members of the clinic.
- Monitoring adherence to quality standards of patient care, resolution of problems, & all duties to ensure efficient/effective clinic operation.
- Providing efficient coordination and administration of "back office" activities like rooming patients, performing procedures, processing prescriptions, prior authorization, documents and answering phone calls
- Providing efficient coordination and administration of "front office" activities like scheduling appointments, greeting patients, validating insurance and payment authorization, inputting claims, processing payments, performing account collections, conducting billing research and responding to telephone inquiries.
- Actively supporting initiatives to improve and sustain morale and well being of employees.
- Work with other administrators in accomplishing practice goals.
Min 2 years' experience as office manager at a medical office performing the above tasks
