Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and services.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to team.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Review budgets and Profit and Loss sheets
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Work with department heads to create training programs
• Communicating with Hiring Managers to decide on qualifications for open or upcoming positions
• Train and onboard new members of the team
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks
• Complete basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
