Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including budget, timeline, and risk assessment

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Advanced computer skills
• Highly attentive and responsive to customer requests and communication
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus
