Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications:
·Assist in development, conducting project team meetings, chairing, and recording all minutes.
·Participate in raising issues and engage in conflict resolution during the scoping, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and close out phases of assigned projects.
·Assist in the implementation of project procedures and support adherence to appropriate policies and procedures.
·Assist in the establishment and administration of change management process.
·Support the implementation of all key project processes and tools to support the project delivery and monitor progress, update, and reporting, making recommendations to the client team and implement corrective actions.
·Participate in the review and assessment of proposed variations/scope changes and identify the impact of cost and schedule to the project.
·Support the preparation of close -out and turn-over of systems and documentation for project completion.
·Coordinate with the stakeholders, client team, design team and field contraction teams on all interactions required for Project Delivery.
Desired - Experience and Education:
·3-5 years' experience working in a Project Engineering role.
·Degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical engineering) or related discipline.
·Prior pharma, laboratory and facilities experience preferred.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Excellent computer skills.
