Southern Comfort Western Wear is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide personalized assistance.
- Guide customers in selecting from our extensive range of western wear, accessories, and more.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting store atmosphere, including organizing displays and restocking shelves.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store events to effectively engage customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Modeling in western fashion for social media such as, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Requirements:
- Passion for western culture, fashion, and lifestyle
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
