```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Prepare and process customer and vender invoices
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent front desk and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
