A GREAT SHIFT/TEAM LEADER EFFECTIVELY DIRECTS OPERATIONS OF THE RESTAURANT. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE LIMITED TO):

• Leading, training, and developing Team Members
• Opening and closing of the restaurant
• Ensuring safe & sanitary food preparation with top-notch quality
• Managing breaks and shift changes
• Delegating tasks to Team Members and supervising their performance.
• Works as a team player to support other Team Members in completing their tasks
• Maintains fast, efficient, and accurate operations in our drive-thru / walk-up restaurant model
• Ensures an excellent customer experience to our community in Longview, Texas
• Assigns job duties/tasks to Team Members and ensures successful completion of all assigned tasks
• Balance cash registers at the end of the shift and completes required reporting
• Ensures compliance to established cash handling and security processes
• Communicates effectively with team, peers, and direct reports.
• Offers help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work full-time and different shifts to including nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation. Preferably access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and holding a valid driver’s license
• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will direct up to 30 team members

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
• You have to be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $10.85-$13.00 per hour
