Job Description

We are currently looking for a Detail Dispatcher for this location. The Detail Dispatcher plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of detail work through the detailing department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality processes and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system
• Understands, complies with, and enforces all complies federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Assists with safety, housekeeping, and OSHA Right-to-Know policies and procedures throughout the service department
• Maintains a clean work area
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of automotive detailing
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• An impressive work ethic
• Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Genuinely helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
