We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with manufacturers to secure reimbursements for our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims accurately, ensuring they comply with manufacturer guidelines.
- Submit warranty claims to manufacturers promptly and efficiently for reimbursement.
- Follow up with manufacturers to track claim progress and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Maintain meticulous records of all warranty work performed, including parts, labor, and claim status.
- Verify warranty coverage for customers and explain the terms of their warranty.
- Collaborate with the service team to arrange warranty repairs and schedule appointments.
- Track and order warranty parts, ensuring timely availability and avoiding delays.
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and bulletins.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with computers and dealership management systems.
