Job Summary
Receives materials into the factory. Confirms quantities received match the packing list or Bill of Lading amounts. Places materials in storage locations, as directed by Supervision and Management. Transport materials between locations within the factory and from locations to point of use, as directed by Supervision and Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Knowledgeable about types of springs, foams, pad and other components to ensure correct identification when being placed in storage or moved from storage to point of use.
· Assists in other job duties as directed by Supervision or Management.
· Performs housekeeping duties in and around work area as needed.
· May be required to work overtime to meet increased production needs.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPRERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Ability to operate tow motor.
· Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
· Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Safety glasses are required to all times while performing these work duties. Hearing protection will also be required when working in or traveling through departments that specify hear protection use. All guidelines developed by the Safety and Health Committee are to be followed. Disciplinary action may be taken for noncompliance.
