Leasing Consultant - Canopy Park Apartments- Pelham, AL
SPM, LLC, a full service national property management firm, is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant.
The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the general administration and physical operation of the community. A strong emphasis should be placed on marketing and leasing of the community in order to ensure that an acceptable rental occupancy level is maintained.
- Must be detail-oriented, with great written and oral communication skills, as well as strong marketing, leasing and sales experience
- Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents, vendors and co-workers
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Working knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.
- Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Must have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.
- Drug test and background check required.
