Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to join our facilities team. This person reports to a Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. The purpose of this role is to maintain the proper upkeep of buildings and to provide support for improvements and projects as directed. A clean driving record is required, 4-7yrs experience. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all aspects of buildings
• Basic understanding electrical
• Basic understanding plumbing; unclog, repair flush valves
• Basic understanding HVAC- Hot & Cold calls
• Basic understanding construction techniques: Carpentry, Painting
• Basic understanding heavy equipment operation
• Basic understanding irrigation
• Use hand and power tools necessary to make general repairs and adjustments to motors, pumps, and other equipment and fabrication as necessary.
• Assists to maintain records such as equipment, material, and inventory, etc.
• Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications, including layouts, blueprints, and schematics.
• Troubleshooting skills, HVAC, Electric
• Setting up for special events and meetings
• Special cleaning projects
• Moving of equipment, furniture, and supplies
• Grounds clean-up
• Performs other duties as required
