IT Procurement Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining the overall life cycle of corporate IT procurement requests for IT equipment and software requests. Provides customer service support to internal and external customers, validates orders, creates purchase orders.

Processes requests and tracks all IT-related invoices for hardware, software, and professional services. Assists with managing IT contract agreements and maintenance renewals.

Works with IT contracts, software license, software subscriptions, to include SOWs and associated renewals.

Collaborates with team on IT Purchase Requests including those for hardware, software, professional services, training, or any other purchase type.
