JOB TITLE: Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary Recruiter (Full-Time)

JOB PURPOSE

• The Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary Recruiter is to focus on the recruiting strategy, partnerships, and admissions policies for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary to increase growth.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• Works with recruiting coordinator to oversee the calendar, travel, and recruiting strategy for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
• Work with the Director and Associate Director to establish strategic relationships with pastors, educational leaders, collegiate partners, and denominational leaders.
• Assist the Admissions staff to effectively recruit for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain communication strategies for prospective student contact through online recruiting software.
• Assists in systematic follow-up for complete and incomplete applications for the seminary.
• Responds to staff needs for admission policies, recruiting, or applications.
• Be on call to give tours and works in the front office to meet prospective students and strategic partners.
• Travel for the office.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Various material lifting (up to 100 lbs).
• Various amounts of walking based in tour, travel, and campus visit opportunities.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

• Travel is required.
• Travel requires unusual work hours due to recruiting/conference/booth staffing needs.
