Newly Added Benefits:
· $300 sign on bonus (will be paid after 90 day probation period, must be actively working with required attendance to qualify).

What you’ll do:
· Observes, reports, and assists in recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients, as well as reporting any form of abuse/neglect.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities.
· Administer medication after completing training that is provided by the agency
· Transport clients to appointments and activities.
· Assist clients in participating in activities (fishing, shopping, going to the movies, out to eat etc.)
· Assist clients with meals, bathing, grooming, etc. as needed.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
· Must be 18 years old. One or more years of work experience with either individuals with developmental disability, or providing personal care.
· Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
· Must also possess a valid driver's license.
· Pass a background screening
· Ability to administer medications if needed.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for clients.
· Understand and follow directions.
· Accurately report and record observations.
· Accept and adapt to changes in assignments, methods, and policies.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, supervisors, and the general public.
· Exercise good judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations;
All Staff are required to wear masks during their shifts, demonstrate and practice good handwashing for the individuals served. Encourage individual to wear mask while out in public places.
