Southeast Lung Associates is currently seeking a Registered Nurse ( RN) to join our growing, progressive practice in Savannah, GA to coordinate the CPAP remote therapy program. The RN is in charge with managing patient's remote monitoring data from medical device, will be in charge of communicating with providers regarding when patients’ data is ready to be reviewed. This candidate will follow up with the providers to make sure that remote monitoring was successfully done for each patient. The RN will be responsible for auditing patients sent to providers for Remote Monitoring services ensuring conditions are met for program eligibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drop order to Provider and sign off.

Record order on log for tracking and close the loop.

Receive patient cases from Provider requesting contact via phone to be made with the patient.

Make contact with patient via phone, document interaction as patient case and notify Provider for sign-off.

Close the loop by auditing each patient sent to Provider for RPM services.

Verify 16 days data over 30-day period and 20 or more minutes of documented interactive communication conditions are met.

Verify conditions were met for program eligibility (consent on file & eligible payor).

This candidate needs to demonstrate great organization skills, communication and documentation skills, the ability to multi-task, computer skills, Microsoft excel experience. AthenaHealth experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
