Southeast Industrial Equipment Inc is Hiring a Planned Maintenance Technician/Lube Tech Near Wilson, NC

Job Summary:

Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking a Planned Maintenance (PM) Technician to perform planned maintenance services on all types of forklifts and related material handling equipment. PM Technicians have the responsibility to provide the best possible service and maintenance for customer and company equipment including, but not limited to, changing fluids and filters, examining safety devices on equipment and making adjustments as needed, and examining the condition of equipment to recognize needed repairs.

Our fulltime trainer teaches and coordinates hands on and classroom training to help our PM Technicians grow in their careers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

PM Technicians will be traveling to and working in customer facilities, interacting and communicating with the customers to keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with their hands and learning how things work. Experience with performing planned maintenance on any type of equipment is preferred.
PM Technicians need to be self-motivated, self-directed, highly responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to successfully interact with co-workers, managers and customers.
Since this position involves travel in a company Service Van, a good driving record is required.
