Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage productivity product commissions tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr. in total.
