Qualifications Required: BA or BS, MA with special education major or emphasis preferred valid MN Special Education teaching license. Three years of teaching experience is required, with five years preferred. $55,441-$91,619 Base pay range DOQ 10 additional duty days paid at (Step/Lane).
Work from-home option on teacher work days (7 days 2024-2025)
Ten annual leave days (Up to 5 personal days per year, total accumulation to 200 days)
Up to 8 weeks of district-paid maternity leave (individual does not use personal accumulated leave)
Duties: The Special Education Instruction and Inclusion Coach plays a pivotal role in providing teacher leadership and support to enhance differentiated instruction and inclusive practices within the district. Leveraging the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the incumbent collaborates with educators to ensure that all students have equitable access to high-quality education.
