The Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Supply Chain Operations with maintaining a high-reliability distribution function. Responsibility includes the total management of inventory systems to facilitate receiving, warehousing, and distribution of critical medical supplies throughout the consortium. This position is expected to both manage and work alongside inventory specialists.
Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
• Maintain high levels of customer service, customer relationship management, requester systems, and high priority logistics in the consortium.• Controlling the cost of goods sold through system-wide logistics.• Through appropriate supervisor(s), manage all logistics personnel.• Train new entities on SEARHC inventory processes.• Maintain appropriate internal customer relationships.• Manage inventory warehousing and distribution across the consortium.• Train SEARHC caregivers on logistics program processes (some travel required).• Fill in for other SEARHC Supply Chain Leaders as required.• Other duties as assigned.
Financial Responsibilities• The Warehouse Senior Manager is critical in assisting the Assistant Director of Supply Chain with optimizing the over-arching connection to the greater Finance division, maintaining a high-reliability distribution function with high levels of customer satisfaction, and extending a high-functioning, customer-focused logistics process to all SEARHC entities and affiliates.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required• High school diploma is required.• Bachelor’s degree preferred.• 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute
Experience Required• 5 years’ business management experience or 2 years progressive management experience• Business or contract analysis experience preferred.• ERP experience – Lawson or Workday – preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:• Healthcare logistics and management of high-complexity product distribution systems.• Eliciting requirements and testing.• Analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.• End-to-end, healthcare delivery system, supply chain management standards, strategies, and practices
Skills in:• ERP inventory control and procurement modules• MS Office program use• Excellent analytical skills• Speaking to subject matter experts to find out what they want to achieve.• Carrying out fact finding tasks into business processes.• Analyzing findings and using data modelling methods to help recommend changes and improvements.• Explaining the benefits of your recommendations and looking at the potential impact and risks.• Agreeing on the best way to put recommended changes into place with key stakeholders.• Overseeing testing and quality checks of recommendations.• Supporting staff making changes and reporting any issues.
Ability to:
• Work with people at all levels.• Present data to support business decisions.• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Anticipate issues and respond to unforeseen changes.• Work in a number of environments including warehouse locations and from remote offices when traveling.• Work productively alone or in team environments.• Demonstrate positive interaction with team members.
Computer Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
