• Responsible for promoting, encouraging, and displaying the highest level of customer service, professional behavior and courtesy to patients and staff.
• Oversight of all aspects of operation of the Patient Housing Facility that include (but are not limited to) : reservation management, patient transportation to / from the facility, office / facility supply management, policy / procedure review / revision, etc.
• Responsible for patient satisfaction surveys and ensuring each guest is offered an opportunity to complete a survey.
• Provide temporary supervision, training, oversight and support to assigned staff.
• Completes necessary administrative duties (i.e. timecard approval, ordering supplies, and participating in performance evaluations)
• Notifies manager of any servicing the facility may require. Lead then schedules service and adjusts guest reservations and / or staff schedules to accommodate.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Experience :

One year experience as lead in customer service-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

License / Certification :

Unrestricted, current Alaska driver’s license
