Janitorial Floor Tech Operations Manager (FT) (Orlando Airport Terminal C).
Operations Manager for Terminal C Urgently Needed to Start IMMEDIATELY.
Where: Terminal C- MCO Airport.
3rd shift: 10 pm- 6:30 am.
Required: Extensive experience in the Operations Management.
Job Description:
Floor Tech Janitorial Operations Manager (On-Site) shall ensure that the Janitorial Department at MCO Terminal C Airport, operates in an efficient manner including but not limited to managing operations-related responsibilities such as working hands-on with the employees in cleaning the facilities assigned such as floor care, mopping the floors, vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, etc; must have strong leaderships skills and knows how to designate work assignments to each employee fairly; knowledgeable on work-scheduling, timekeeping, payroll; can handle employee issues in a professional and timely manner, following the correct disciplinary procedure; must be a problem solver with analytical thinking, coachable, and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of the on-site manager is to ensure the safety of the public, employees, facilities, and equipment while managing the operation.
- The Operations Manager must see to it that the team has complete attendance and must report immediately the any tardiness or absences to HR.
- Daily submission of reports before end of day must be completed and submitted.
- Provide excellent customer service experience to both the public and especially the client.
- Communicate effectively (fluent in English and Spanish is an advantage) with the employees and the upper management.
- Conduct inventory of supplies.
- Able to do ad hoc tasks.
