Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our service business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and management, as well as exceptional organizational and customer service skills. As an Aviation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our company.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all business operations and support staff

- Coordinate with external vendors for services

- Ensure the company provides exceptional customer service

- Manage budgets and expenses

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

- Be primary contact for absentee out-of-state owner

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service to clients

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

- Proficiency in service center software

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products.

- Experience managing personnel.
