South Texas Pediatric Neurology, PLLC. is Hiring a Medical Office Specialist Near Brownsville, TX

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage medical scheduling and ensure appointments are properly booked
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Utilize Specialist Pediatric Neurology ECW patient information
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space

Experience:
- Previous experience working in medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
