South Texas Community Living is currently seeking a mature professional to join our team as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) who will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/ID setting, in accordance with ICF/ID standards and regulations.

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, Hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Oversight of direct care operations and scheduling in group homes
* Regulatory compliance with ICF/ID standards
* Monitoring of active treatment in group homes
* Liaison to regulatory survey team
* Development and coordination treatment and training plans for each individual on caseload
* Participation as member of Interdisciplinary Team for each individual on caseload
* Communication regularly with family and other outside contacts to ensure continuous care and address concerns
* Specialized documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of ICF/ID standards required
• Valid and current Texas Driver's License
• Clear Background Check
• Clear DMV Check
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education
• No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
• No history of Medicaid fraud.
