Location: Secondary Building Effective immediately, South St. Paul Schools is hiring for a High School Credit Recovery Coordinator for the SummerProgram. The Credit Recovery Program runs from June 10 through August 1; Monday through Thursday (27 days), 8:00am to 1:00pm (5 hours/day). The rate of pay for this position is $31.50/hour. Specific job duties include:
Supervision-
Mealtimes
Break/ transition times between classes
Students entering and exiting the building
Support to teaching staff and site administrator
Teaching staff
Technology issues/needs
Student concern and minor behavior
Materials
Point of contact for students and parents
Site Administrator (support)
Take and track attendance
Communicate with admin assistant to add/drop students from classes and program
Complete Continued Learning Plans for all students in the program
Check in with students about progress and next steps
Communicate with families and students
Communicate with staff
Other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
Must have a valid Minnesota teaching license at the secondary level.
